Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting to order as the kiosk didn’t have what I wanted in my order. Employees in the back made 0 effort to help at the counter. Called to the back and had no response or employees. One came off of break and instead of taking my order they used the kiosk to adjust each of the 14 items one by one by one. Which is what I was trying to avoid. I understand the whole “lower costs by replacing employees with machines” thing. But wow.

Came in at 10, or tried to at least. Ended up waiting outside until 10 after. 2 different employees, one larger ginger man in particular, walked past me multiple times as I'm waiting outside. Finally he cracks the door open and informs me I have to wait outside an additional 30-45 minutes because people called in. I understand thats a crappy situation, but at least inform me the first time you walk past, not the seventh

Pulled up and the entire staff was outside. Food was tossed together with no effort. Seemed in a hurry to get back outside to whatever it was they were doing.

Food was what you'd expect from a Taco Bell....service was not great in the drive through....slow...didnt offer any salsa, napkins, etc.
