Went to the speaker box to order and we couldn't hear the lady taking our order. The machinery behind the speaker box was loud and it sounded like she was talking 5ft away from her headset. After politely asking her to repeat herself multiple times, she just got rude and snotty towards us. The machinery is one thing, I've worked around loud noise before so whatever, but with all that noise and to speak quietly through the speaker box and react rudely because the customer can't hear you is incredible unprofessional. Got there and I was so excited to eat and I ordered my taco and I couldn’t wait then I got it was so excited until I bit into this mushy and gushy taco shell no crunch and yes it was a hard shell the meat was also terrible not only that but then I had to go to Walmart then it came I was in the bathroom holding on for deer life STRAIGHT DIARRHEA and my butt hole still hurts me personally I would not recommend going there and I will never be seen in a Taco Bell ever again
