The AI taking the order did not take it correctly. The screen did display our correct food order when we were driving up to the window. I ordered no cheese and no sour cream due to a dairy allergy and I paid extra to have Guacamole put on both Chalupas. The order not only had bits of cheese in every chalupa and taco but only one chalupa had guacamole but it also had a little bit of sour cream in it. Every single table was dirty. The floor was dirty. The pop machine looks like it has mold. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned all year. I couldn't even finish my order because I was disgusted. Definitely didn't recommend this place.
Laziest employees around. Doesn't matter what time it is, your order is going to be wrong.
Kinda poor for a Taco Bell, staff care less than usual somehow but still friendly. Food quality seems to have suffered compared to normal taco bells.
Food is consistently cold and takes way too long. Workers are always on their phones and can be rude at times.
