This WAS our family’s favorite taco bell. Tonight I saw a sign in the window that said “ONE SAUCE PACKET PER ITEM”. Sure enough even though we ordered 2 quesadillas, a grilled cheese burrito, and a crunchy taco there was only 4 sauce packets in the bag! For small items fine but large items like a big burrito or a quesadilla need more sauce. Not only that but my quesadilla was slightly burnt, not cut properly, and ONLY HALF OF IT CONTAINED CHICKEN!!! No, it hasn't changed. Still the absolute best Taco Bell in town. Order is always correct, fast and customer service is kind and professional.
The food was surprisingly decent compared to past visits. The fact they're remodeling made the service seem a little different, except one of the girls was extremely sweet and made adjustments to my order being as the kiosk didn't give me that option.
The cashier was so cheerful and pleasant and the food was delicious the were under construction or it would have been all 5 stars
