Just not very good. Cold food & missing items. 3 employees smoking beside the entrance. It's fast food, I get it. Only have other TB to compare to. It would be hard to eat here drunk.
The app is messing up today and it took our cc payment but on the app it said "error". Whatever we went in and the dude working today Thur Jan 8th at about 1pm was so freaking cool. Fixed our stuff even if it didn't show up on their end. Did get mad or act inconvenienced. I work in food too and though I work in casual dining, I get customers can be freaking annoying, man. Order take out today at lunchtime. Got 2 double beef burritos and a tostada. Both burritos where to have no sour cream. One was made correct. The other had what seemed like extra sour cream. This location does this kind of thing all the time. I generally don't say anything, but when 1/3 of my order is wrong it needs addressed. It also wasn't busy, so that excuse won't work. I'm out 3 bucks. Do better!!!!!!
Okay, after the second time of getting no meat in our food, I had to say something. This is ridiculous! I took photos because it's so comical. Taco bell, what are you doing? The guys at the window are nice. Customer service has never been bad. Just get your cook in check, this is wild.
Rude employees. Refuse to make fresh food.
