We hadn't dined in awhile, and it's safe to say we won't be back!!! Now you have to order your food off the kiosk...which I guess I get, but they failed to give drink cups and had an attitude when we had to ask them for the cups. I'm so sorry we interrupted your social time! The sodas were mixed up too. I pushed the Starry button, and got Mt. Dew! Then got Pepsi that tasted like a mixture of drinks!
Absolutely amazing service and timing!! Loved everything about this drive through and will for sure be back. The food was delicious and when the drive through staff asked what sauce we need it felt like they really cared. Big shout out to the driver through employee with the glasses and blonde hair. Made this drunk girl really happy!! (Full disclaimer I am 21 y/o)
If you are ordering delivery from this Taco Bell during peaks times you might want to think twice. After waiting for over 20 minutes PAST the estimated pick up time, I was told that this store prioritizes walk-in and drive thru customers over DoorDash/Grubhub/Uber Eats pick ups. After all that, they tell me they are out of beef. AT 5:30 PM they are out of beef! Order declined. Wonder how long these people had to wait for their food.
Usually I go here and have not one problem I ordered two stackers both have no meat in them mostly bread 2 grilled cheese burritos there weren’t grilled at all and was almost disgustingly not cooked 1 franks topped fries that were cold as a button I will be calling tomorrow morning and talking to a manger about tonight’s workers i go here almost twice a week and never in my life have had this horrible of something happen to me or my wife. Bet ong disappointed
