I know I shouldn’t be eating this junk food in the first place, but this has to be the worst Taco Bell ever. The past two times I waited 30 minutes for my order, no apologies or anything from employees. Taco Bell has always been my favorite but this location is ruining everything. I love me some taco bell but every single time I go to Taco Bells location, it’s a disaster. The drive-thru takes forever, no matter what time of day it is. when I finally get my food, it’s always wrong—like, consistently. They can’t even get a simple order right. I’ve given them multiple chances, but it’s the same story every single time…. slow service, wrong items, and just overall terrible management. Honestly, it’s gotten to the point where I’d rather go hungry than deal with this location again. Totally unacceptable.
30 minutes wait time
Very rude employees when I asked for my drink cups and even ruder when my order was missing food smh it's so frustrating and they need better management with how many DoorDashers were in their lobby
first of all, they were completely out of baja blast AND dr pepper (a crime in itself) then my crunchwrap came with a used glove INSIDE OF THE TORTILLA?? but they did give us free food to make up for it 4/10
