Just woefully understaffed. We dined in, no ice, cutlery, sauce. Wait was 20 mins for basic order. If this is a company owned location Pepsi Co is in deep trouble. If this is franchise owned this needs to get addressed quickly.
My mom and I visited this store 12-30-2025 the dining room was decent but the women's bathroom was trashy to say the least and the kiosk barely worked. We selected pay with cash then went to the counter. A young lady employee came to the counter but completely ignored us and started doing something else at the counter. She never said anything!
