This place is so hit or miss. The workers are nice enough & I haven’t had any hair in my food or anything like that. But regularly there are issues. The service is often slow. Anything with crunch (crunchwraps, cheesy double beef burritos, cheesy gorditas, regular tacos, etc.) are somehow always soft & soggy, regardless of how quickly they’re consumed after getting. I have never got a correct order when going to Ponca city Taco Bell. This is supposed to be a spicy potato soft taco with no lettuce + pico and nacho cheese sauce ON THE SIDE!
Every time I do a mobile order they forget food or sauce or both sometimes the food isn’t made with love more hate than anything customer service isn’t so great either
