i’ve debated writing a review on this location for a while but i’m honestly fed up with the quality of food. It’s fairly inconsistent which is the only reason i’ve been back, but majority of the time i come here the food is cold, portions are VERY small and definitely not up to standard, cheese is unmelted, and i’ve even gotten over cooked things on multiple occasions as well. They don’t have any trash cans in any of the bathrooms. A customer has to clean off the seat because it was too disgusting to sit on it. The staff kept lying and said that they were taking out the trash which was a lie.
Sadly this store has gone downhill the last few months. The food is terrible and they are rude. They used to be so friendly and I never had any issues with the food. My last order they made my tacos wrong and my Mexican pizza was super overcooked. The guy at the window was so rude and he stormed out of the store looking very frustrated. They did fix my order but I wont be coming back. It is way too expensive anymore to have bad food or forgotten items.
