Absolutely no one working in the store there wasn't anyone to take our order
After waiting in drive thru during work break for 5 min, front door locked; went and asked gas station attendant if they didn't show up to work. Checked to see if someone was in, was given profanity and a statement of the doors being unlocked why wouldn't they be open. Obviously customer service isn't her thing
I came in thru drive thru in Sturgeon Bay, the lady at at DT was very nice and had great rapport. When I drove thru at 11:42pm all lights were shut off. Late night drive thru off. After dealing with my cashier she was very nice, but my chalupas barely had any lettace and cheese. Online says open till 12am, but didn't feel inviting. Not happy with my food, but lady in drive was sweet
35 minutes in a drive through line and the 2 cars in front of me never moved. I called it and left with a hungry wife and son. Rude, yes after placing my order, but I think I was highly justified for the half hour plus of my life I'll never get back! What a joke! I don't know what's going on but this is unacceptable and they need to figure some things out. So much for fast food!
