Ordered at the kiosk, waited for almost 30 mins and no food. Customers that arrived after me were getting their food so I got really irritated and asked "Hey did u guys get my order from the kiosk?". When I gave them my name a lady customer said "it's right here" cause the employee was looking in the computer like a dummy. Finally was able to grab my food that has been sitting on the counter for 30mins... uggghh!!! I was so irritated. If you have an hour to wait for your food then come to this Taco Bell. It is definitely not a “fast” food restaurant. Hopefully they get your order right.
