went there the morning at 10 am, there was no people working and it was closed, 10/10 service respect the hustle

I've ordered here three times, and all have been very similar experiences. This last time I ordered in app about 10 minutes from the restaurant. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and sat there for 6 1/2 minutes before anyone talked to me. Pulled up to the window and sat there for 7 1/2 minutes before they handed me my very simple order, 4 crunchy tacos with no lettuce. Very poor service they didn’t close the store and I ordered online and I go for my pick order and the our system are not working
It was 9:40 and they open at 8am. I went to the counter and waited a few minutes before anyone came to the front. Then a African American women came out from the back and said “I hate when they have the lobby open” then proceeded to tell me and another customer that we would have to “just wait” and then proceeded to roll her eyes. Her attitude alone made me walk out and not want to order. Extremely rude and just a terrible interaction.
