Placed an online order, made sure I requested no sour cream on my items because I'm allergic, but they still came with sour cream. CrunchWrap Supreme with no beef, only lettuce and tomato, and of course, sour cream!
The restaurant was very clean, food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly. Overall this is so far the best Taco Bell we've been to here in Kalamazoo.
Horrible rude staff member/manger rushing us to make an order after we just pulled up to the drive through not even giving us a chance to look over the menu just harassing us to make an order so we decided to use the self serve but upon entering the location nothing but the staff members talking about who need to hit the weed shop just very unprofessional I definitely will be choosing a different location
