Ordered two Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos with just meat and cheese, they gave me two with lettuce, I tried explaining to the cashier that I ordered two Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos with JUST CHEESE AND MEAT with NO TOMATOES OR LETTUCE and she had the audacity to gaslight me.
This place is, as my fiancé put it, “going through it.” - the attendant was mid fight with someone else on the staff when we pulled up to the drive through window, my fiancé said “no worries” - we received half our order of four things (so two) - we went in to grab the rest and the tension was palpable - the sound of intense sneezing at the food prep station was hopefully not aimed at the food. - things were BAD at this Taco Bell/KFC. Got to the store at about 2 PM. My family had 6 people so we used the kiosk to order a mix of KFC and Taco Bell at 2:09. Got our KFC in about 7 minutes but not our taco bell and only half of our drinks. Asked for my other drinks. The lady acted like I was trying to steal from her. Waited and waited for my taco bell. 30 minutes later I still haven't received it. The woman was rude and condescending, like I was the problem. I got the supreme luxe box, whatever the crunchy taco is~Stop making them!! Tasted like can chicken or tuna🧐 I don't recommend that thing!! Everything else was fine
