I went to Taco Bell Monday around 11:45 pm and tried to order a deluxe craving box for the $7, asked politely to switch to the crunch wrap supreme the lady said the deluxe craving box apparently doesn’t come with the crunch wrap supreme, and I said okay fine, I want to remove sour cream, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and nacho cheese, just plain with only beef and lettuce, and the guy that was there working that same shift jumps on the speaker abruptly and says we already took it off, in a very unprofessional manner, just jumps t... read more

The 5th Ave Youngstown location has constant issues with pickup orders where they don’t attempt to monitor who is picking up the order, someone else takes it, and then they force you to place another order instead of just remaking it. I asked if there is anything else I can do as this is the second time I’ve came during my pickup time and they told me the food was taken. They refuse to change the process at all or take on any of the burden of correcting the issue (ex. Remaking the food). Will not be ordering pickup from here... read more
