Terrible service, wrong order, and rude employees.
Customer service TRASH! Drinks TRASH! I paid $56 dollars in nothing LITERALLY! Told them the drinks didn’t taste right. They all gave an attitude and told me to go to the gas station to get a pop. Got my food went back to my room. Come to find out I’m missing half my $56 dollar order. So I go back to let them know the things I’m missing (2 hard tacos and a burrito) and the MANAGER told his lady worker that I NEEDED TO BRING MY FOOD BACK with an attitude. This place is a JOKE!
They forgot my hard shell toco and the Baja blast was flat and zero Pepsi the manager said the the carbonation is auto and she tried it and she shaked her head no don’t ever go there.
I never really have any issues with the food from here. My only issue was the FOUNTAIN DRINK… yall need to deep clean that thing especially your nozzles because my drink tasted like it had mold in it & if it didn’t taste like mold the pop always taste flat!! I can never get a good drink from the fountain drink.
