I pulled up at 340am expecting bleary eyed indifferent employees.... Very impressed with the late night crew. Great attitude, food was hot and ready!
The person running the drive-thru was so angry at the world it was shocking. She was angry at the world angry at her job angry at everything. We waiting 40 minutes after ordering then realized they never even made our food. They completely screwed up the line order. When I tried to say something, they ignored me, literally ignored me. I finally got someone’s attention after 5 minutes of them starring at me only for them to try to give me the wrong food and walk away. Absolutely horrendous service. These people clearly don’t care about their customers. They had the audacity to forget about our order and then try to deny we ever confronted them about why our order was taking so long. And after my boyfriend had to be stern with them and show them proof of our purchase they tried to give us the wrong order and followed it up with a bunch of attitude. Worst service for something as plain as a fast food restaurant. My dog could do better.
