I'm not sure where my review ran off to, but I've definitely written at least a couple for this particular location over the years. They weren't positive, to say the least. Although I haven't been here in many months, the West Indiantown Road Taco Bell is notorious for abhorrent food, service, and order accuracy. Night shift is literally the worst. I get it is late but there is no excuse for giving me every hot sauce but the ONLY one I ordered & all the food was very over done (basically unedible).
Getting screamed at by employees for being in the drive thru 4 hours before they close is CRAZY behavior. I work in restaurants, and worked in fast food but screaming at customers is so insane. Especially when you walk out the front door to actively scream at multiple cars. I don’t mind I had to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru. But i definitely mind being screamed at. If I can have patience waiting 40 minutes, you can have the patience and self control to not scream at customers who have to wait 40 minutes for a meal.
I had a great experience and have nothing but positive comments on the three ladies who were working on May 11th, around 4pm. They were efficient, nice, and provided a hot, delicious meal. My low score to atmosphere is not even to this Taco Bell location directly... my critique is on Taco Bell as a franchise company as a whole. Whatever happened to the bright 90s-style colors with vibrant and attractive physical marketing.
