The general manager there is terrible she screams at her workers in front of customers very poor service..
I first walked in at first glance I noticed that it wasn’t a modern updated store I love when I come across non modern stores it reminds me of my childhood, the cleanliness of this Taco Bell was so good I usually don’t find clean restrooms in restaurants, the lobby looked nice and had a lovely older couple enjoying their food, the food was hands down amazing!! thank you Erie street Taco Bell !! Terrible . I rarely leave bad reviews but this time I had too. On Sunday 9/06 around 6:30 pm My dad placed a mobile order 30 minutes prior to my picking it up . When I got there it wasn’t even close to being done . Fair . I get it’s busy and might be short staff . After waiting for a good 10–15 min. As I open it up to make sure I had everything the worker said “ you could’ve just told me not to tape it “ . Huh ? They forgot a taco and told me I had to wait longer for it .
