This Taco Bell location has consistently failed on having my orders correct. Every time I have picked up food from the drive through at this location, there is always something missing from my order. Getting a "free taco" coupon is not worth the hassle anymore. I am now at the point where I will avoid this location and drive all the way to Ft. Atkinson, where I've had a much better experience.
Came in for dinner and ordered a quesadilla. Wanted to eat in since it was cold and wanted a break. The whole time I’m there, an employee as loudly talking about how much he hates that people are coming to Taco Bell when it’s snowing and that people are stupid for not mobile ordering. The whole time I’m there he is loudly complaining and swearing about people ordering and wondering why people can’t eat at home. Made me feel horrible and very uncomfortable.
