My order is always accurate, food is fresh, tacos/burritos assembled correctly. Staff is generally cheerful which amplifies the experience. Lobby is generally clean. They also have several sugar free options on fountain which is always a win.
SLOWEST “fast food” EVER. Took over 25 mins to get a simple party pack!
What has Taco Bell become? It's completely different from when I was a kid. You need to order off of a screen, the bathrooms need passwords to access, and the food is mediocre at best. None of the good stuff is on the menu anymore. The employees act like their souls have been sucked out. But on the bright side, the restaurant was clean, as were the bathrooms, though they were too large for the one toilet and sink each they contained.
Showed up at 8:20 this morning for food after my overnight shift. Was told at the drive through that it’d be at least 20 mins before I could even place an order.. Mind you they open at 8. So why open at 8 if the workers aren’t serving food until 9?
