We had a large order, everything was correct and the food was delicious
This place is such a joke, any time I go through the drive through or place an order they forget something, they just refused to remake an order that they handed out to the wrong customer. DO NOT BOTHER
Your corporate is greedy ash. Hire more people or assign the store more labor hours.There is always a wait at this location. Time of day, what you order, doesn’t matter, always a waste of time at this one.
They take forever make your food and pull this move where they say you can only make a mobile order and then are upset when you have a mobile order. The workers are just plain rude and have zero to no customer service skills and act like you must be incompetent. As someone who has worked in food service and AT a Taco Bell their behaviour and work ethic is ridiculous. Not to mention they often forget food items in your order. This place has severely gone down hill and its sad to see people behave in this manner.
My go-to on the way home from work and I'm hangry... 😆
