I mobile ordered. I was running late and expected to grab and go. Unfortunately that was not the case and I sat in drive through for 15 minutes waiting for my order while watching the production line make a door dash a priority. I was told by an employee that told me his name was "Rudy" that there were other orders ahead of mine and that mobile ordering didnt put my order ahead of others, that they had other orders to fill first. What a absolute garbage dump. Staff os terrible. Manager even worse. We ordered 35 bucks worth of food. 7 items. Wrong. Sour cream when it shouldn't be, lettuce when it shouldn't be. 8 chips in bag is apparently what is acceptable for a chips and cheese nachos. Tomatoes when the item dosnet even come with them. Messed up on more the 3/4 if the order. Like what's the point of even using the app if not one single person is going to look at the order.
