They always mess up my order I ordered chicken beefy. 5 layer Bruito with no rice they gave me a bean filled burrito with no cheese
Impressive! I just witnessed an elderly couple (must be regulars) who placed an order at the register but must have ordered something they don’t normally order because the manager came out to them and asked if they meant to order that item. It turns out the elderly woman made a mistake. Taco Bell fixed it for them. That’s great customer service right there!
Uses ai drive thru that can't make an order correct. Or inside people look at you instead of taking your order ask you to use a kiosk. No thanks I will spend money with people who want it
Lobby Closed three hours early on Sunday September 14th. WTH?
