Yeahhhh the management is awful to say the least lol
Can't speak for day shift performance. Later in the day however it's a mixed bag. Sometimes it's fine and the order is correct. But if you want to order for more than one or two people, good luck. The team can't seem to get it right, 80% of the time. Wait until the end of the day and food quality suffers too, the last 4 times I went past 9pm my food tasted wrong, like it had chlorine or some poorly mixed sauce in it. Me and my family spend a lot of money here being this is one of my kids favorite places to eat. Tonight will be the last night this place ever gets a dollar from us. From the attitudes to wait times this place is TRASH! For one I had to wait 35 mins for three tacos on top of that I had to sit wait in the parking lot for another 20 mins to be able to get out because the simply stopped taking orders and had the drive thru backed all the way up to the road. 55 minutes for some tacos is beyond ridiculous! $22 for half filled tacos (both the crunchy supreme tacos and Doritos supreme tacos). This is crazy. Half the amount of meat that we get at any other location about 5 little flecks of lettuce. No tomatoes.
