The website says the beefy crunch burrito is available, the sign in the drive thru says they have the beefy crunch but when I order it in drive thru....they tell me they dont have it...cmon they're advertising it everywhere. Do better lakesite
Went through drive through around 4:00 PM on September 2, 2026. The drive through speaker volume was so low, at first I didn't realize someone had spoken. Ordered five soft shell tacos with no cheese. When I got home, I had five soft shell tacos with cheese and no lettuce. When I took my order back, the person who took my order said I said no lettuce.
