Foods always ok but then again - it's Taco Bell and unless they are just grossly incapable of doing the laid out directions - it will be ok. However, they have terrible service. I've let slide a few times where they forget things from my order but we finally hit 5 times they've forgotten at least 20% or more of the order. Don't order anything here unless you inspect every item at the window, don't move, don't worry about their window time, because that's why they rush. Was told i didnt pay for my drinks after ordering at the kiosk Was given problems from staff about my order Im a regular customer who has also previously worked at this location Im disgusted by the lack of respect and professionalism
Food is rarely wrong and when it is they fix it and apologize. Great customer service.
