Uniforms of employees were dirty and nasty the kitchen that you can see from the counter was just as nasty full over the prep area all over the floor
If you are going to make people order through the kiosk, you need a sign that says “we only take orders through the kiosk” so folks are not just standing there waiting for someone to take their orders. I suspect this is because they are not legally supposed to do this and it’s not ADA compliant. We ended up going through the drive through because I just hated the whole thing on principle. Glad we checked our order because they forgot one item. At least the food was hot.

African American male manager (for identification purposes) could’ve broken his neck trying to get a $1 drink back through the window because he, it seemed, forgot to make it with no ice. I tasted it to see if it was ok with the ice, and yes made a point to say I asked for no ice but it was ok. The attendant/cashier Tyiesha on receipt, said hold on, to fix the issue I guess, did not take the drink back, then he “busts” around her “Let me get that drink back”!
