Insanely slow! 4th car from the speaker and I was in line for over 45 minutes and the fact the drive thru basically traps you is beyond annoying. Once I finally made it to the window it took me 10 minutes to recieve a cheesy bean and rice burrito.
Went to this Taco Bell location on March 21st around 4:20pm. I placed my order, then went to the restroom. Here is what the mens restroom looked like, clearly wasn't cleaned any time recently since visiting the store. One star for now, will visit tomorrow on March 22nd to see if they cleaned the bathroom
Probably the best taco bell I've eaten at. Service was good. Had to wait on fries, which I don't mind, means they are fresh and they were. All the food we ordered was correct, and hot. Just overall great experience. Keep up the good work.
I had order set for pickup at 9:15 walked in very busy they weren't putting orders on pickup shelf which would have eliminated the whole problem, I stood their for 30 min while my food was actually ready somewhere behind the counter. Someone came out told everyone it would be a while, so I had no reason to believe it was ready. I thought someone asked a pickup for Mick at some point, but thats clearly not how you pronounce Mike. Kinda dog experience. A whole life of going to this tacobell and I am remorseful knowing I wont return to this one. Been coming to this tacobell since it was the orignal style but, tonight after much hard work me and my bro stopped in to grab food. Kiosk, no front worker, that's normal now so ok. Place order for in house, just get handed a bag, not our drink cups, no Platter. The inside is hostile to sit down participants and I saw the workers tossing the food to the person in the window.
