Nighttime weekend staff is super rude and slow and unprofessional. I wont take another doordash pickup from this location ever again.
Jessica is my goat she gave excellent customer service to us in the drive thru. We had multiple orders and had ordered an item that there was a wait time for. She managed us with no complaints and offered a solution to being short of that item. Best customer service i’ve ever had at a taco bell - give her a raise please!
The evening crew here is actually so incredibly incompetent. I’m here very often as I am a door dasher and don’t usually have any serious issues unless the night crew is on. Last night I had one of the worst experiences. After working all day my husband and I decided to place a mobile order on the app. We picked up the order in drive thru.
