Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the Jacksonville area. The phrase “fast food” does not exist here. They have screwed up my order now 4-5 times in a row every time I’ve come there.
Awesome staff
The staff here is great—very polite, helpful, and they handled a quick drink mix-up perfectly. But corporate Taco Bell just isn't what it used to be. Getting rid of the classic seven-layer burrito was a mistake, and charging an extra $1.50 for two tablespoons of guacamole is just ridiculous. Between the forced kiosk ordering and the crazy upcharges, the overall value and experience are gone. 5 stars for the hard-working crew, but corporate should re think upon these changes
