I just want to take a moment to recognize Genesis for the outstanding service she provides every time I come in. She is incredibly patient, always has a smile on her face, and consistently maintains a great attitude no matter how busy it gets. Genesis truly makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Good location across from a Bucees. Food was prepared well. Only negative was manager who took my order saw that I was Asian and treated me less than the police officers (Anglo) who ordered before me. Service people need to treat everyone equally , and with a smile and acceptance.
What you would expect from a great Taco Bell.
Too many people on shift, there were more workers than customers. The manager came in from outside, didn’t wash his hands went straight into the kitchen area had employees to get on the register with gloves on go straight back to the Food without washing their hands and changing gloves.
