The drive through was long so I decided to go in and order when I come in I come into machines no customer service. This is an ongoing problem with businesses and it’s making me sick but luckily TJ and employee. Who was very busy and explained how busy they were in shorthanded, but took my order and was very very kind the lady that got her order before me also commented on his customer service because it was very good and he deserves props because he’s good as his job.
My boyfriend and I had gone in the drive-thru last night; I understand it was late. Service was great atmosphere wonderful. But sadly the food was a "Let Down". We had order 4 Beefy Nacho Burritos with Extra Chipotle Sauce; they had hardly any meat though and 1turned out to be a rice burrito and all 4 were missing chipotle and the red tortillas strips. I'm hoping it was only a fluke; normally they do an amazing job.
Worst Taco Bell I ate from, and I'm 57 years of age. Ordered from inside. Taken away. Food was wrong, and cold. Service was slow.
