Started by ordering at the self kiosk and the employee forgot my cup and when I asked she seems sassy back to me for asking. After getting my food we sat down and they had forgotten tomatoes on one taco and the beef on another additionally the cinnamon twists were rock hard. We could have looked past all that however there were two older gentleman who came into the store one waited for help for about 10 minutes and the store was not busy then attempted to use the self service kiosk and eventually managed. They always forget the sauces and customizations, sometimes food too. Staff is nice though.
Of you are going to be open till 2am and but not the lobby you need to lock the lobby doors. It is rude to have people be told that the lobby isn't open and the can only do mobile order and drive thru when ur doors are unlocked. There is no signs up till you go inside either. This is basically customer service and unsafe for the workers. I understand not always being able to have your lobby open. But put a sign on the doors not the registers and lock the doors
