Waited at the front counter for 5mins before anyone acknowledged i was there, no fire sauce to be had but food was good

I placed my order at 7:43 pm and it wasn't ready until 8:22pm. When I got to the store the employees were all playing around and not paying attention. When I finally got someone up to the register she asked my name and then yelled "nope online, told ya" then proceeded to walk away.
