They make you pull away from the drive thru and never bring you your food. Stop allowing your employees to move people out of the drive thru so they game the system and make wait times look shorter. They forget who is waiting on what food. They just gave my order to the wrong person and expect me to take food another person touched. Gross. I ordered 4 taco they give only 2 poor service
The female manager is disgustingly rude to customers.. they give me the opposite of what i ordered and she said "move please" instead of, i don't know, responding the way a manager should in such a situation that is an EASY FIX.
