I wish there was a less than one star if there was a negative star I would go way back for the negative stars people very rude. The lady she was the worst lady up in the front. Listen to me right. now. If you’re reading this, I have lived here for 10+ years, and EVERYONE knows to NEVER step foot near this Taco Bell. I don’t know what they’re doing up in there, but the service is TERRIBLE PEOPLE. TERRIBLE. It takes sooo long to get your food, and it’s mid at BEST. place is really understaffed, but this is my go-to spot since it’s close. didn’t get to thank him earlier, but shout out to jason r. for handling so much!
They make you pull away from the drive thru and never bring you your food. Stop allowing your employees to move people out of the drive thru so they game the system and make wait times look shorter. They forget who is waiting on what food. They just gave my order to the wrong person and expect me to take food another person touched. Gross.
