Poor Staff Training on Menu Items – Frustrating Experience The cashier and staff clearly aren’t properly trained on the menu. When I ordered a Fresco-style bean burrito, the cashier had no idea what "Fresco" meant and had to call over her manager. Instead of clarifying, the manager—who was also poorly trained—just asked, “No cheese?" Frustrated, I just said "yes" to avoid further confusion. They have a dumpster on the left side of the building grab some from there and comparing to what you’re gonna get out of that dumpster You will not gonna be able to tell the difference That’s how bad and poor the food they make If you hate your job, quit it and don’t make food like that
