Bout a chicken bowl and they filled it w rice and black beans and no chicken lol smh then the fries were cold....1st time at this location. Never again. Staff was nice though.
Good fast food. Consistent Taco Bell food flavors and food choices. New drink “bar” is nice. Kiosks are annoying. Glad we had a team member just take our order. They are the reason I scored a 4. Otherwise it would have been a 3.
Service was a little slow, but was a pleasant lunch
I think the employees should be better trained in customer service. I have visited this establishment several times, and the service has been very poor; it also takes far too long to get an order fulfilled. Furthermore, if the person serving is bilingual, why treat some customers differently than others? Work is work—behavior like this only leads to losses for the establishment.
