Buddy waited over an hour for 3 items
The staff working the night of Deadweird did a phenomenal job carrying out orders and continuing to be positive at 3AM were amazing!!! The cashier was extremely positive and kind with our order!!
Absolutely slow. Used to have good service but now it sucks, waited over an hour for my food, taking their sweet time making food. They just need a whole new crew to actually work.
The newness of the new Taco Bell wore off, but the staff aren’t up to par. There was only 2 people in the drive through and not many in the store. My family and I decided “why not” and went inside to see the remodel. Big mistake. We ordered, sat down and did not know it would take an hour. When my husband went to ask what was taking so long the manger rudely said they could either refund him or make our order. Since we waited so long, we ended up just taking our food to go.
