Trash facility with LAZY employees. Orders are at 45 minute waits they all are moving like they don't have orders. Stood at register and got stared at ignored for 15 minutes to cancel order. Will NEVER go back and their bosses should be ashamed of their staff and how they run that store.
At this point I suffered from discrimination, I deliver DoorDash and really the service is crap, they always leave the driver last and the employees mock me in the face and continue with the other orders and ignore the delivery orders terrible service
Closed and it’s not 3am took a 20 minute drive cause it said it would be open until 3 but it was closed at 240
Quit taking up multiple parking spots with your truck. You always take 2-3 spots when you work in the prime areas of parking. At least park in the back of the parking lot if you're that scared of your used ford getting a ding or something. Or better yet if you can't park it don't buy it.
I have had it with the drive thru here in Jenks. One thing they are consistent doing is shorting my order. EVERYTIME!!!! How hard is it to count items in a bag!!!! The portions are smaller, the prices are much larger and the customer service is sub par and I am being nice. I give them the benefit of the diibt by taking my order and keep the line in the drive thru moving I like my Taco Bell but they have tried my patience and understanding beyond.
