So the closing time is a lie I guess. I work nights and trying to get food out of this location past 2 am is near impossible.
Very slow service, especially if you go in and order. Constantly out of ingredients and won't make any substitution. It seems like there is a lady working nights making those calls and she has been pretty rude every time she has interacted with us. Most of the workers are very pleasant though and do their best to help. We usually end up here after 9pm, so that might be a part of why they are always out of stuff.
Tonight was very busy but Joseph handled everything with grace. He was extremely helpful and apologetic for the wait. He was sincere, efficient, and very kind. Thank you, Joseph. My daughter and I truly appreciate your hard work and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
My son has autism so is very particular about his order and they get it right every time
