Plenty of parking in front and there's accessible parking. It's located in the Basha's plaza, so it's easy to find. The drive through was pretty quick and not crowded at all even on the weekend. Their burrito was pretty good- not too hot and not too cold- just the right temperature to eat on the go. I also like how they didn't go too heavy on the rice and beans in the burrito. It tasted pretty good and they also were thoughtful to include a nice handful of napkins in the bag.
Service by kiosk, so no stars for service. The food is what I would call essence of food. The tacos had maybe 2 teaspoons of meat, the rest was lettuce with a sprinkle cheese. The bean and cheese burritos are the same, barely any beans, a sprinkle of cheese, a splash of red sauce. It's very frustrating. I got better burritos from the grocery store freezers, and they were CHEAPER! Get it together Taco Bell!
They WILL FORGET STUFF AFTER YOUVE WAITED 30 TO 45 MIN FOR YOUR FOOD. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN PAYSON TO EAT. THEIR STORE IS TRASHED AND DISGUSTING AND YOUR GONNA GET SICK TO YOUR STOMACH EATTING HERE. DONT COME HERE.
Not worth the price I paid. Food over cooked and cold.
Placed mobile order upon entering facility, all quoted 10 minutes, 20 minutes later still not done and customers that ordered using in store kiosk after we ordered were served way before us. Not sure why the delay but they need to figure their system out! Will not return when visiting area again.
