We went inside to order takeout and use restrooms, as we were traveling. Inside and outside were clean and presentable. Men's restroom had a bit to be desired. Mostly just handtowel clutter on the the floor. I picked it up easily. Food was good and counter service was friendly and helpful.
When forst came in it took someone 15 mins to help get our order. Got our food and it was good but realized needed a drink. Stood there about 15 mins and no one would help. The guy that helped us at first wad on his phone In back and when I went to get a drink the lady was on her phone tell she seen me and she walked away. Staff need to do better at customer service and no didnt get a drink.
Food was fantastic! As always, never had bad food from a tacobell. But the staff was very disrespectful and didnt know much to anything. When we went back to our seat to eat our food. They bad mouthed us behind the counter loud enough to hear from the back of the eating area. Safe to say im disappointed in the staff this tacobell hires.
