Worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. Been there twice lately and didn't get food either time. Service really sucks!!!
Going to West Frankfort Taco Bell: waste of time. Waiting twenty minutes in line at drive thru. By the time I got to the speaker I get, "Please wait." Another ten minutes go by......so after nearly thirty minutes, I left for Marion's Taco John's. My second time of disappointment in a Taco Bell establishment. Obviously that place needs helpers. It's FAST FOOD for crying out loud!!!
