From a door dash perspective I hate taking orders at this location. They are never ready I'm lucky if there is one person on the lobby side, honestly I don't make money sitting around maybe run those orders through drive thru please??? I see orders for your restaurant and I think bet I'll wait at least ten minutes yay! By the way it's the same pace for personal carry out orders. Look I don’t normally complain but tonight 11/16 between 7:30-8 the crew they had on hand was unacceptable one had a headset and a headphone in checked his phone numerous times I started watching a female employee start drawing on herself. I also sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting on my order. To top it all off our food is cold while we didn’t even get what we ordered. The only good thing I saw was a female employee with neck tattoos actually moving across the work stations like she knew how to run the place.
