Food is never hot. I feel like y'all don't even steam your tortillas or taco shells you just through food it them and send it out. Food is usually always wrong and it comes out cold Y'all get called the worst Taco Bell around for a reason.
Same thing Jeff Brown and others wrote happened to me. The service was horrible horrible. I've written several low scoring surveys but they retain the same horrible staff despite the complaints. I pull in around 9 PM or 10 PM. Order food through drive thru. Pull up to window. The person just opens their hand waiting for my card. They don't say hi. They don't say how you doing.
