Ordered party box, asked for got sauce and guy acted like it was too much to ask for and then handed us 4 packs... for a party box of tacos? I stopped going to taco hell years ago because of the service... I'll just go back to ordering from the local Mexican restaurant, even if in a hurry like I was today.
I went through the drive thru last night and ordered five items and I did not receive a single one of those items! Instead I received three random items that were not even close to what I ordered. The cashier was extremely rude and didn't seem to want to be bothered to do his job so I didn't even bother going back to get my order fixed... I figured if things are that bad around there we probably didn't want to eat there anyway! Will not be going back
I went to get Taco Bell on a Wednesday around 3pm. The lady at the drive through was insanely disrespectful and rude. Our receipt has 4 different sauces, none of which were in the bag. We also ordered Cinnabon delights, which also weren’t in the bag. The lady had a Medusa piercing and dropped our change on the ground and didn’t even offer to help. Just mumbled sorry and shut the window. She kept rushing us to order at the speaker. Insanely disrespectful.
