This location was terrible, but working in the area, and having ordered here for years, we can say it has vastly improved. If you dont order online/in-app, it's kiosk in store.
One of the worst taco bells in the metro outside of St Louis. Avoid and go to the highway 50 location.
Worst customer service experience ever!!!
After reading reviews I just had to check it out for myself. I thought this place cant be as bad as people reviewed. Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes on a Friday night at 8 o'clock, cold food, order was accurate, staff was pleasant. Overall not worth the wait
