Service was extremely slow and employees was rude as could be no need to be smart to the ones paying for food maybe if yall wasn’t taking and goofing around in the kitchen food could be made in a decent time definitely will not be back at this location come through visiting the one in Florence has this one beat by a long run
The last three times eating there, my mom got the mini taco salad. The first 2 times there was no beef, the third one had 2 grains of beef, smaller than a pea. The tortillas are usually dried out and crumbly. Smaller portions than other taco bells. The last time I ate there, I bought a cheesy bean and rice burrito and there was no cheese in it.
Was packed when we arrived so I used app instead of Kiosk. I figured we would have to wait longer but surprisingly we got our food Super fast and the young lady was paying enough attention that when she handed someone else their order she asked was I Angela and handed me our cups and had our food before we finished making drinks. Considering I ordered on app for pickup and was actually dining in and the place was packed full, this was impressive to me. GOOD job Iuka Taco Bell
