Yall steady forgetting food, like how can you forget the nachos in "nachos and cheese" be for real.. yall use to be A1. Yall done fell off. Give the customer what they paid for, get off ya phones. This the second time. I came back after a month. Yall done forgot my chicken in my Latina chicken burrito. Yall still ain't no good
I ordered cheesy bean and rice burrito and it has no jalapeño sauce, no nacho cheese and no rice. It only has refried beans. I am so upset. So so so so so so upset. This isn’t right. The workers cannot just stray from the entire process of making an item. I live 20 minutes away from the Taco Bell and got home to a BEAUTIFUL surprise. This is unfair and inconvenient. I am never buying from this Taco Bell again. The person who made this burrito needs to be fired. If I could give this Taco Bell a -10 rating I would.

You have to use the little tablets at the front counter to see prices for menu items, idk how people willingly spend money with service like this, not a dig at the employees since they’re just getting a paycheck but I can’t stand businesses like this, chic fil a across the street is much friendlier.
