Ignored at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes. Someone finally answered and when I went to order, I placed a K3 with was a 3 piece tender and didn’t get a response back. Asked if someone was still there after a minute of no response, nobody answered. Went inside and waited a few minutes alongside a guy and a mother with their child. Someone came to the front counter and asked if any of us were there for pickup and we all said “we’re here to place an order”. Bathrooms were very clean as was the dining area employees were all very upbeat and attentive
