I work hard for my money and don’t get paid a lot, so when I have the money and don’t want to cook I ordered from here. Completely messed up my order and was put together horribly. Called the store got sent to voice mail and the voice mail is full, so there’s no way to contact anybody. Called door dash to fix the issue and now I’m only getting some money back for this Taco Bell’s mess up. I work hard for little pay this is disappointing.
To be 100% honest, I’ve only had terrible experiences at this store. Terribly rude staff, like it’s unbelievable. Stare downs, attitude, all of it. They’ve mis heard my order, I correct them at the window very politely and try and pay for it and they force me to drive all the way back through the drive through, after I just got done waiting 30 minutes because they messed up lol. Update 4/9/2025 Service has improved significantly. Thank you, Taco Bell - Indy, for hiring better staff that are friendly! The food has improved again too! ______________ When this location first opened, the staff and food were superb! I used to be greeted with friendly, efficient service and hot, "tastes-as-good-as-the-picture-looks" food. Sadly, in the last 6 months or so both have gone down hill considerably, most notably the service. Now the staff are very short and down right RUDE! I thought the 1st couple times this ... read more
Nice people work here. But the “Hot Cinnabon Delight” coffee is room temperature, and they don’t have a microwave or other way to warm it up.
