Waited 40 minutes for an order I made inside the place. Had to get the attention of the staff twice. My buddy ordered after me and got his food 30 minutes before I did. He then placed another order to go and also received that order before I did. Absolutely awful, will never go to this location again. Honestly, haven't been to a Taco Bell in years, and probably won't ever go back after this experience.
I placed an order ahead of time, I go to drive thru and have 5 cars ahead of me so I wait. I get to the window and they make me go around again. I have to wait for another 4 cars again. I placed my order at 7:15, got to the drive thru at 7:30 and get it around 8:15. Why is it 1 hour to make my order? I only ordered two meals not even a family pack.
