Arrived 15 minutes after they opened to get breakfast for my crew working down the street. Looked like the walking dead. Stood there for 5 minutes before asking the lady already on break watching TikTok if they were open. She said yes and kept watching TikTok. Another worker walked in 20 minutes after opening and asked if I’d been helped. I said no. He said ok, then disappeared for several minutes to never be seen again. Maybe he went home? The guys enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and coffee from McDonalds next door.
As soon as you pull up to the speaker they're rushing you. Which is hilarious because they always either forget something or mess it up. Almost a guarantee you won't get napkins. Also the exact change or card only thing is getting old. Fire the people who are trying to deter customers and hire people who work harder.
Please just shut this place down if nobody is going to manage it. We avoid this Taco Bell. Never not an issue. Was in a hurry and thought maybe the staff had changed. Out of beef completely today, so I order a steak burrito. Sloppy mess, open it up and no steak inside except two pieces smaller than the size of a dime. Wet mushy mess. Cold slop. Ingredients always missing. Saint Johns Michigan Taco Bell and the Baymeadows taco bell are hands down the worst two taco bells on the east coast. Where is the health inspector??????
