No matter drive thru or delivery this place is bad service and quality. I agree with the other reviews that say the workers need retraining. Taco Bell is my fave but this one is always so bad. How do you mess up slop in different forms? food is ALWAYS cold and long wait times. Would not recommend ordering from this place.
I waited over twenty minutes in the drive thru after ordering three tacos and a drink and there was one person in front of me. They never even had me pay so I left. New management needed.
Samantha was so welcoming and had a smile on her face every time I’ve seen her! She was very thorough and would greet everyone who came in & made sure to check on each table with big smiles and kindness!
This is consistently the slowest 'fast' food ive ever been to. Not once or twice, and occasionally every few weeks I test the waters again, but every time. Simple orders take forever. Whoever owns this franchise needs to reevaluate their strategy in the realms of fast food. Food tastes good, but a 20 minute wait every time I want a few tacos is absurd. Even when it isnt busy.
