Ordered on the app, pulled up to the side and was instantly greeted. Gave them the name for my order. Then waited nearly 30 minutes for the 3 cars in front of me to get their orders before being handed my bag of lukewarm food. Don't go here unless you put no value on your own time.

I’ve visited this Taco Bell location twice recently, and both times the experience was incredibly frustrating. I consistently waited 30 to 40 minutes just to place my order in the drive-thru, followed by another 20 to 25 minutes at the window to actually receive my food. That’s nearly an hour for fast food — and this wasn’t during a rush or peak time. What makes it worse is watching staff sweep or complete side tasks instead of helping move the drive-thru along.
