Person that took my order was very rude and didn't even look at me. Very sad atmosphere
Impressive that not only has a service job managed to virtually eliminate their portion of the job with the automated kiosk but then when my grandmother asked the lady behind the counter for her to take her order because she didn't understand how to use use the kiosk not only did she act upset that she had to actually work but almost treated my grandma as if she was stupid respect your customers at the very least
So slow. Ordered at lunch at 12:29 online. People walked in ordered after me and got their food first. It's 12 49 and I'm still waiting. Go somewhere else for lunch.
The worker gave me the wrong order and didnt give me the rest of my order so i told her that my order is wrong and its missing some things and she threw it to the side and went back and made my food new and also just threw my food that she just made in a paper and then threw it in the bag and kept swearing in front of a lot of people and the chicken cantinia quesadilla i had it barely had any chicken i also payed for the new baja blast midnight and it was white in the lobby so i went to the counter and called one of the boys... read more
