I arrived to the drive-thru at 9pm on a Saturday night. The greeting from Tanil was, “Just so you know we’re only making door dash and uber eats order” , no hello, no sorry for the inconvenience. I was advised this was leadership approved. Looks like that downgrade to a 2 star was truly earned by this store and their leadership. I tried to go through the drive-thru last night at 11:30 and they told us they're only taking orders online. It shows that the lobby is open till midnight but the door was locked. This isn't the first time we showed up and they're supposed to be open and they aren't. Just terrible.
