I got a grilled cheese burrito and ordered it incorrectly, so I asked them to remake it and they were very accommodating! They remade my burrito, but unfortunately it was cold. My friend and I also got nacho fries and the cheese sauce for those were cold as well. Overall, great service, but awfully cold food.
Unless you order double beef you get almost no beef thats my only beef no beef intended.
Server came to the counter and stood there for a solid minute before saying anything took my money and walked away heard nothing for almost 5 minutes they got 2 of my orders sauces wrong and overall other than the male workers were very un friendly and unprofessional
I ordered online when I got there. They didn’t actually have what I had ordered so they substituted it with a different burrito and barely put any filling in it at all. It was practically a wrapped up tortilla with nothing in it but rice. Severely disappointing I didn’t even finish the burritos.
Been in the drive thru for 41 minutes now. There were four cars here. You are trapped once in the lane and can’t get out. Won’t be back
